Are these securities?
Yes. All fund tokens are SEC-registered securities offered through our broker-dealer partner, Dalmore Group. This ensures full regulatory compliance and investor protection.
What asset classes are available?

Can I sell my tokens?
A secondary marketplace is coming soon. Until then, tokens are subject to standard securities holding periods (typically 12 months for Reg D offerings).
